Security Practices

Location Safety

Quezon City installed Php100 million worth of CCTV
cameras along major roads, thoroughfares, and secondary
streets in the locality of 142 barangays. CCTV cameras help
the local police in securing various areas and in preventing
acts of lawlessness. In fact private and high end schools are
in Quezon City. Hospitals are also nearby for any
emergency.
24/7 Building Security in both offices and an RFID Access
Card to authorized personnel and employees only.
Low rise and single detached offices which is less crowded
is more valuable with the challenges we all experienced with
the pandemic.

Confidentiality Agreements

ALI agree and undertakes not to deliberately and maliciously
disclose to any THIRD PARTY any and all material and
confidential information pertaining to the Client which ALI or
it’s employees may have acquired or which may have been
disclosed to them in course of the performance of the
Outsourced Services, unless otherwise specifically
authorized by the Client for a particular transaction.
ALI shall take the necessary steps to cause its officers,
agents, and employees to observe the provisions hereof as
may be reasonably expected under the circumstances.
Agreements are careful drafted and reviewed by our Legal
Retainer Team following your existing company
confidentialities in accordance to the PH labor law.

User Access Restrictions and Productivity Monitoring

Access to every workstation requires username and password.
Firewalls, Routers and other Equipment needed is provided by Client and Installed by ALI. Blocked Social Media Access, unless required by the client. USB ports and CD writers are enabled only when needed.
In our goal to secure quality of services we provide our clients, we use Time Doctor for Productivity Monitoring and assign a dedicated team to check on it real time. This is highly available for our clients anytime they wish to review.
All Desktop has its own power back up; UPS for Network Equipment and both offices has full generator sets for power outages.
Internet access= guaranteed minimum 2,380Kb per person with burst up to 4.6Mb.
