Technical Support Level II

  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal and vendor teams.
  • Understanding the technical support problem severity level classifications.
  • Responding to call severity according to SLA response time.
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports.
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged.
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.

 

 

Back Office Representative​

  • Provide operational sales support to the Product Managers.
  • Main duties are to work closely with the Product Managers.
  • Process and create customer quotations.
  • Manage and update the sales force customer database.
  • Ensure customers have pre and post-sales. support, customer query & escalation management
  • Provide support to the Product Managers in all sales and marketing activity.
  • Billing, Order processing experience.
  • With Computer Hardware Knowledge.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Excellent Computer and Multi-tasking Skills.
  • Keen to details.
  • BPO experience is an advantage but not a must

Senior Back Office

  • Send out a checklist to the client before the project commences.
  • Preliminary assessments of building applications when lodgement is received.
  • Prepare building approval document set.
  • Prepare standard notification letters to neighbors and councils.
  • Prepare determination and upload files to the Online Portal.
  • Prepare inspection report based on the inspection info provided.
  • Manage inspection requests.
  • Update report and checklist template as required.
  • Follow up with architects, relevant consultants, and councils to track the flow of correspondence as required.

 

 

 

 

Pre Sales Engineer

  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities.
  • Build relationships with our vendors, translate their needs and find solutions.
  • Create an opportunity pipeline and be responsible for the delivery of your annual targets.
  • Utilize CRM to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are forecast and recorded accurately.
  • Swiftly develop and retain an intimate knowledge of our cyber security vendors, the services that they offer, and how they are delivered.
  • Provide guidance, advice, and support to Sales Specialists and Account teams ensuring the most appropriate solutions to meet the client’s needs are presented.
  • Keep up to date on certifications across all key vendors and core technologies to ensure a high level of articulation of the value proposition to partners and identification of net-new opportunities.

Marketing Admin & Coordinator

  • Create marketing assets – Images, infographics, PDFs.
  • Managing the company’s social media platform and web advertising.
  • Monthly reporting on customer feedback (Recruiter Insider Platform).
  • Creating and managing a monthly newsletter for Clients and Candidates.
  • Creating sales presentations and PDFs.
  • Creating proposals.
  • Supporting Recruiters to build their personal brand online – LinkedIn.
  • Manage a customer database.
  • Researching topics for Blogs or content.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports – Google analytics, Social media etc.

Accounts Assistant

  • Monitoring daily email communications and answering any queries.
  • Assist with AP & AR tasks.
  • Working with spreadsheets and preparation of reports.
  • Reconcile credit cards and bank statements as required.
  • Liaising with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
  • Conduct investigation on variances and mismatch of documents.
  • Assist Finance manager on other AD Hoc tasks any other tasks deemed to be appropriate to the job role.
 
 
 
 

Accounts Payable

  • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded, if and when required.
  • Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines, if and when required.
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
  • Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
  • Assist with other accounting & operation projects for the wider team.

Account Manager

  • Answering calls and emails from new prospects and existing clients.
  • Qualifying new account leads.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Working with new clients to introduce them to our platforms and services.
  • Assisting existing clients with administrative, accounting, and technical queries.
  • Developing new business across existing accounts.
  • Assisting the sales and marketing team as required.
